While at Yantis, Steve has been involved with site work projects ranging in value from $100,000 to over $25 million. Steve was responsible for the bidding the TXDOT Wurzbach Parkway and Lockhill Selma bids, Tesoro Petroleum Corporate Headquarters, and Stone Ridge Retail Center. Steve has also been the Chief Estimator for the ongoing $30 million dollar plus Alamo Ranch project. In addition, Steve’s background as a professional engineer allows him to provide in depth value engineering ideas for Yantis customers.
Steve’s experience in the construction industry spans over twenty years with Zachry Construction and Yantis Company.
