Blake Yantis has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Yantis Company since 2007
with his primary responsibility being the supervision of the company’s
Estimating, Equipment, and Operations. Together with Mike Yantis, Jr, Blake manages the day
to day management of the entire company. Previously, Blake performed the function of the
Vice President of Administration. Blake’s direct departments represent the management
of over 200 bids produced yearly, over 400 individual pieces of equipment, and the management of all Yantis Company projects.
Since taking over management of Operations
and Administration with his cousin, Mike Yantis, Jr., the company has grown by almost
200% and has added over 400 employees.
During this time, Yantis has become a mainstay as one of the Top 50 Private Companies,
Fastest Growing Companies, and largest private employers in the San Antonio Business
Journal.
Blake’s notable accomplishments at Yantis
Company include the overhauling of the company’s internal accounting software, the
introduction of a massive information systems program, and the complete reorganization
of Yantis Company’s equipment department
