Mike Yantis brings over 26 years of construction and development experience to the
Yantis Company management team. Mike serves as Co-Chairman of the organization.
Together with his brother, Tom Yantis, Mike primarily concentrates his efforts on
the review of Yantis pricing proposals, business development, and special consulting
on construction issues.
Mike and Tom Yantis took over the general management of
Yantis Company from their father, John Yantis, in the early 1980’s. Under Mike and
Tom’s leadership, Yantis built many of the relationships and processes that the
company still utilizes. The company also grew over 300% from
1982 to 2003.
Mike directly managed some of the more interesting projects built
in San Antonio including the Loop 1604 main lain bridges at Lockhill Selma, Deerfield
Subdivision, and the Fiesta Trails Retail Complex at DeZavala and IH-10.
