As Executive Director of Commercial Operations, Justin serves as the chief construction advisor to the COO. Justin manages the commercial project management teams and Yantis Company’s environmental compliance officer. In addition to internal management, Justin coordinates the activities of all subcontractors and suppliers working with Yantis Company. Justin annually manages the execution of over $60 million dollars of construction projects.
In his career at Yantis, Justin has been involved in many premier projects in all 3 divisions (Commercial, Public, and Residential). At Sulphur Springs for DR Horton, Justin directed a $5 million dollar project that produced over 200 lots in less than five months. More recently, Justin worked with the City of San Antonio on the Prue Road Water Crossing job. Justin negotiated a change with the city that cut money from the contract, but more importantly cut the schedule by 50%. Justin has also been the primary manager for the Stone Ridge Retail Center on 281. Justin worked with Joeris General General Contractors to produce a building pad for HEB in less than 3.5 months. To accomplish this, Yantis had to move over 450,000 cubic yards of rock excavation.
