Matt Yantis has served as Director of Residential Operations since 2007 with his
primary focus being the management of field and office operations on a day-to-day
basis. Matt’s team manages over 30-40 projects at a given time.
Matt has been involved in a wide range of projects with many clients. Matt’s clients
include Centex Homes, KB Home, Pulte Homes, among many others.
