Ryan has worked as the Director of Procurement for Yantis Company since June of 2007. Ryan joined the Yantis team to create a procurement department responsible for all soliciting, buying, analytical duties, and relationship management with our valued business partners. Ryan manages a team that handles the over $70 million dollars worth of purchased items.
While at Yantis, with process design, Ryan has created tools that track Yantis Company’s consumption of materials and services that allow Yantis to deliver projects within budget. Ryan has also created multiple production reports designed to track and maintain efficiency on projects.
Prior to coming to Yantis, Ryan worked with Houston based Sysco Corporation. While at Sysco, Ryan worked with the national supply chain organization designing supply chain networks and evaluating buying practices.
