Commercial Construction - Costco San Antonio

Yantis Company contracted with Washington based Jackson Dean to perform all infrastructure services for the Selma Costco. Yantis was responsible for the excavation of over 70,000 cubic yards of material and the import of select fill for the massive building pad. Yantis Company also installed all sewer, water, and drainage for the project. Jackson Dean realized the efficiencies of Yantis Company’s turn-key solutions by taking what could have been 3 or 4 separate contacts for grading, pad preparation, site utilities, and base and condensing it to one contract with one contractor.

“The Costco Selma Project was THE most difficult project Jackson Dean Construction has ever completed. There was over 75 days lost in the construction schedule due to inclement weather…Yantis Company persevered through some of the most extreme site and scheduling conditions we have ever experienced. Their ability to work with us through all of these issues, is above and beyond what most Contractors would do. They receive many accolades in our book for being able to complete this project on time and within budget.”
