Residential Overview
Yantis Company has been one of the largest producers of
developed lots in the San Antonio area for the past forty years. Between 2006
and 2007, Yantis Company constructed over 8600 residential lots in the San Antonio
area and built countless miles of major roadway and utility expansions to serve these
communities. One of the trademarks of our residential operations is the ability to
produce lots quicker than the competition.
Yantis provides turn-key management of the subdivision from clearing to the finished paved product.
Over 95% of our work is produced using in-house crews which allow Yantis Company to control the schedule and the
acceptance of the unit. To staff these projects, Yantis Company employs over 500 employees and owns over 400 pieces
of heavy equipment.
