CrossCreek (Sawyer Meadows) is a highly successful community off FM 1560 between Galm Road and Culebra Road. As of April 2015 Yantis has constructed 4 different
units totaling 175 lots. One of the highlights of the project was the construction of a cast in place 10 barrel 10×10 box culvert which had over 1,000 cy of concrete.
