Silver Canyon is located at one of the hottest housing sub-markets in town off Galm Road.  With an elementary school next door, and very aggressive pricing, Centex has been moving houses at a very quick speed.  The project is unique for Yantis because the Silver Canyon property was previously owned by a subsidiary of Yantis Company.  The company was able to hold the land for Pulte Group while they finished out their sales at nearby Silver Creek and then continue their strong momentum at Silver Canyon.  At build-out this subdivision will have over 550 homes.
