Yantis Company was responsible for the entire earthwork, paving, and utility scope for the City Base West retail center located at SE Military Drive and New Braunfels Avenue. The retail center is across the street from the entrance of Brooks City Base which has over 3,700 employees on its campus.

The project included the construction of a movie theatre, medical office building, and multiple restaurants.
